DELIVERY INFORMATION
All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes, dependant on the size and weight of your order.
Please note, some items will be sent directly from the supplier and not ourselves. Please ensure to check the Lead time directly on the product page. Any items within our stock will be delivered within 7-10 days anything outside of the UK may take upto 3-4 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Here at The Interior Loft we are a small team of just one person, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible too you, however, please be mindful we are a Small Business and during busy periods we advise to order in advance. The majority of our deliveries would usually arrive between 7-10 working days (please exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) unless otherwise stated.
** Please be aware anything shipped directly from our suppliers outside of the UK will have a longer lead time so please check the date range shown on the product Page.
If your item is eligible for express delivery and you select the option, we will dispatch your order between 1-2 working days, using a next day courier service. All expressed orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday.
Please note some of our products will be sent from our trusted manufacturers worldwide, in these instances, delivery can take between 20-40 days. This information will be found on the product page.
The Interior Loft are not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will process any refunds in such circumstances.
WHERES MY ORDER?
If you have ordered within the last 7 days then please be patient. As stated our delivery is 7-10 working days, due to just one person fulfilling all orders. Your item is in the postal system and is working its way to you. Unfortunately, our delivery times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
If your order hasn't been received by yourself within the 28 days (longer if specified) and you fail to notify us, we will be only able to offer you store credit inform of a gift receipt to use on another order. We unfortunately, are unable to go through each order to ensure they've been delivered and will need you to contact us.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
You will be able to find the cost of your delivery when you proceed to checkout. Postage depends on the weight and size of your parcel and will be calculated when you proceed to checkout.
